Throughout the past 20 years Jack has been the recipient of numerous sales volume and quality service awards.  He has also earned his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations.  In 1998, Jack was chosen among nearly 1200 agents in the Spokane area to receive the prestigious James S. Black memorial Scholarship.  This award recognizes Jack's commitment to the real estate profession and his willingness to constantly educate himself of the ever changing trends and issues of Real Estate so he can better serve his clients.  In 2000 Jack was elected president of the Spokane Association of Realtors for the year 2002.  Another real honor to be chosen by his peers to lead the association.  One of Jack's proudest moments was when he was awarded the Realtor of the Year award for 2003.  Jack continues to serve as the Treasurer of the Spokane Association of Realtor's in 2004.

CHASING HIS DREAMS...... RACING!!!!

If there is one other thing besides Real Estate that Jack is passionate about, it's auto racing.  It's been in his blood ever since he was a kid.  His father was a successful and well-respected racecar driver in the 60's and 70's so he's been around it all his life.  He has also spent time on pit crews.  He loves just about any kind of racing but his favorite is NASCAR.  Jack has seen many races across the country at many different tracks and now you can find him at the local racetracks as he began to live his own dream of racing in 2003.
